So at rank 3 if you get 40% CDR on Zed, which isn't hard with his current itemization, he will effectively have a 40 second cooldown on R, I think that's pushing it a LITTLE too far, Riot should look at buffing other aspects of his kit if they feel he is not strong enough, we don't need another Yasuo in terms of Assassin with a low Ultimate Cooldown of the sort. It's already low enough at rank 3 as is for what Zed does.
By the time Zed is level 16 it means people have 3 items which roughly translates to him beeing useless cause he can't kill anything before getting oneshotted and support overshielding the carry.
Yeah Zed will probably be so op now. Oh wait stopwatch is still in the game, oh wait supports are still overtuned, oh wait Zed is still not a good champ.

The issue is you have to pick zed for his late game which means you intentionally picked a melee assassin mid so any half decent mage player is going to stomp you.

you do realize, 45/40% cdr on LITERALLY ANY champ makes their ult up a lot?
To be honest it's a single target ultimate that puts him in the middle of the enemy team by time Zed reaches level 16 so I guess it's an ok buff.

It will be 36 seconds and just for better measure you can add in ultimate hat too for more bullshit and make it a true 30 second cooldown ult

This won't help his early game at all, where he is shit currently despite him supposed to be good there, but instead only make him cancer to deal with when he actually snowballs.
Just buff (or more like revert) his W CD in early game and all gucci. 22 seconds are far too long.
Oddly enough I do not feel bad at all for Zed mains. Granted hes a hard champ to play but sucks to suck. Feelsbad already getting 80 percent of your health taken in lane by one WEQ combo.
i mean im down to play zed with more cd in his ult if they lower his w cd from 22 to 18 like it used to be and pls make the snapback of his ult scale with lvl i mean lvl 16 having 0.2 s as lb does or even 0 else hes so easy to counter and if u swap insta in late game you wont do enough dmg so its not that big of a deal
