the Buff Jarvan Needs

Dont get me wrong, I think jarvan needs the buffs he's getting, but lets talk about his ult.

His ult is described as creating impassable terrain, but with how much mobility is in the game, just about any champion is able to use any form of dash to leave the area, essentially negating the purpose of the ult, which is to hold the enemy in place.

I reccomend recoding his ultimate similar to azirs, making it completely impassable by any form of dash, but capable of being blinked out of, this hits jarvan himself as he wont be able to ult, and then E-Q out of it, but at the same time, giving his ult purpose again.

No. Then drop some of his current buffs.

His buffs now are MASSIVE. The fact that he can AOE ult with the base damage and scalings his ult currently has, plus he gets a free flag with it which will increase his play making abilities and stickiness and stats, plus I believe his Q is either getting more damage or losing mana cost is just massive.

I honestly expect he will be pick or ban with these changes when he goes and sports the current melee meta build item 3748 item 3053 item 3009 item 3068 item 3065 + One more at his discretion, probably being something like mercurial scimitar or black cleaver.

This would be incredibly overpowered though. Azir's blocks off paths and creates distance with azir. J4's ultimate is a full 360 surround that would leave champions with no ability to escape. At that point, the rest of J4's team can just be aoe champions and there are almost NO ways to deal with j4 locking down several members for an AOE wombo combo.

We have seen the wombo at work in previous seasons: J4 jungle, Rumble ulti, and MF ulti. If the only counterplay to this is on a 5 minute cool down (for a vast majority of the champions in the game) it would be incredibly broken.

The pbe has his ultimate hitting everyone inside of the aoe now; that is already a pretty massive buff in and of itself. I don't really understand the point of the flag in the middle of it, but I digress.

Still, its point was to ensnare, now this doesnt mean you have no means of escape, champions with blinks like Ez's would work fine, this is more along the lines of adding to the utility of the ult, lowering the damage and spreading it across a team would be a fair compensation.

Again: blinks would work. LB's return to her little sigil, the second half of Ekko's E, shako's Q, ect ect ect. what wouldnt go through the wall: Ahri ult, Riven jumps, azir dashes.
