question: what exactly happens witch knights vow

hey guys, I've been curious if Knight's vow passive is a two way street, As in, if you as support designate your Adc as your vow partner will they receive 6% of your damage dealt, or heal for 6% of your damage healed?

if it is a one way street, what happens if two people use the item on eachother

nah item 3109 heals the supp for the damage that the adc deals and you can't connect to someone who is using a item 3109 either
