    Slow duration lowered to 1.25 from 2 seconds

What the hell? "We want to buff his clear, so we make him even more mana hungry and more helpless when OOM instead of just FIXING HIS SHIELD, we sift his whole clear potential on his mana drainig E..." Seriously, like EVERY SINGLE NAUTILUS PLAYER ever said them "Just make the AoE go for the whole duration" and they JUST DONT LISTEN....
