How to get better (Not what to get better at)

So I know what i need to improve on (map/wards/positioning/farming/trading) But HOW do I improve. What do i do to implement practice into real game?

Not sure what you mean by map, but for wards, try to keep an eye out for any places that might be traffic points to start out - the bushes near middle lane (not the midlane bushes, though), the bush behind the Red Buffs and boss pits, the edges of Red buff, the Blue buff bush, river bushes, and tri bushes. After that, start working on placing wards in the enemy jungle - usually just inversing the ward placement from your own jungle, but any bush in the enemy jungle will help with vision.

As for positioning/farming/trading, those are kind of those things that you just have to practice yourself and learn through intuition, but, the best way I can say it is this:

For positioning, always know your opponent's kit: If it's someone like Miss Fortune, stay away from being immediately behind minions, if it's someone like Morgana or Blitzcrank, try to stay behind minions as cover, or if it's someone like Varus or Leona, try to stay on the move.

For farming, it's sort of a game of "how low can I let this minion get before I hit it" - you'll lose a lot of the time starting off, but you usually get comfortable with last-hitting pretty quickly.

And for trading, it's really difficult to get particularly good at it, since trades are heat-of-the-moment decision-makings that can have a lot of varying factors. So, there really isn't anything I can honestly say about it, I'm afraid.
