Who has the most sustained damage in the game over 5 seconds?
In practice mode against the dummy, given absolutely ideal circumstances in a 50 minute game?
I figure it is master yi after some testing-- I had over 6k DPS on yi with--
The bonus 10% damage on enemy's below 40% rune
The capstone rune that grants +80% attack speed beyond the attack speed cap for 6 seconds
The rune that grants stacking bonus ad every 10 minutes
Full stacked legend rune for bonus 18% attack speed
The rune that grants more attack damage the more bonus movement speed you have
Red elixer
3 Infernal dragons
Elder dragon
Baron buff
Red buff
At 50 minutes that puts yi at around 950 attack damage (wuju style is doing around 260 on hit true damage) Yi has 2.5 attack speed with fully stacked rageblade and ult going, and 3 attack speed with capstone going too.
So here are the multipliers:
3 * 2.5 * 950 * 0.9 * 1.1 + 3 * 0.1 * 950 * 1.1 = 7367 physical damage per second
Double strike triggers every other attack, so that is a multiplier of 1.25, which renders 9209 physical damage per second.
3 * 260 = 780 true damage per second
Every attack triggers on hits twice due to rage blade combined with double strike, so that makes 1560 true damage per second
The dummy has 100 armor, so that reduces physical damage by half to 4604.
So far that makes 6169 DPS.
And an extra 100-200 dps from the elder dragon burn, red buff and minor magic damage from rageblade.
I wonder if nasus could compete with that if he managed to siphoning strike all the minions that spawn in all three lanes over 50 minutes (probably impossible to actually do, but I'm curious if he would even be in the same ballpark as master yi)

and W up on a group of 3 tanks?
