Need good midlaner advice

How do you farm when everyone is at your tower by the 9 min mark

like as top i can farm alot but mid is like no i get bout 75-95 cs by 10 min mark then i cant farm cause everyone is taking every lane and it gets really annoying

its also easier to farm as ad midlaner such as zed talon cause they can clear waves and jungle champs well but like on ap midlaner jungle camps do alot of dmg to me and i can clear waves easy but i risk getting ganked if i go out cause i got no escapes
