Is going 1/7 and still trying to 1v1 fed enemy feeding? Can I report it?

You know the situation, someone is doing really bad. Has one kill and 5+ deaths and he still tries to 1v1 enemy that he fed earlier. Everyone knows he's gonna die again yet he still tries. Is it considered int feeding yet? Or is just just "bad game"? Or maybe "he doesn't know he's gonna die, maybe enemy will make a mistake and he will kill" kind of thinking therefor it's not feeding? Then he goes 3/13/X getting few assists from teamfights and his score is "ok enough" so there is not point reporting even if everyone know we lose because of him?

The jury is still out, but that's leaning really close to int-feeding.

My suggestion would be to try to offer calm and polite advice, if they reject it in favor of continuing their reckless strategies then I would absolutely consider it int-feeding. And I would report it.

For example:

"I'm sorry that keeps happening, maybe if you play safe under tower and just grab farm when you can, the team will be able to help you out later..." If they respond by saying, "I know what I'm doing," or otherwise reject your suggestion, then it's worth it to point out, "well what you have been trying isn't working, if you keep doing it you're just going to be met with the same results."

And if they reject your advice still then 100% of the time I would report it. Because at that point they would have to be the village idiot to not see that what they are doing is going to get them killed. By asking them these questions in this polite manner you pretty much guarantee that they have to make a conscious choice to feed if they want to go in again.

If they say "I know what I am doing" then assume they just admitted to it indirectly.

People really are not that stupid to do the same thing over and over again. We call that insanity at that point.

Yes, well by politely forcing them to confront that choice you basically guarantee that their only two options are to play safe and die less or literally intentionally feed because at that point they have politely been made aware that their actions are feeding. Choosing to repeat those actions will guarantee death, and if they have been made aware of this then they are literally choosing to feed.

Their resposne is usually "stfu idiot noob" or "useless jungler"

Well then, you can definitely report them for that. And the system will review them, potentially recognizing that they int-fed as well.

If he's the top laner he's just building up the enemy top's shutdown gold for his team since both of them will be useless anyways. [slayer-jinx-wink]

Only if it's actually inting. If they're trying to hold a turret, distract the enemy, or even if they're just stupid, it's perfectly fine. Feeding isn't reportable, intentionally feeding is.

If they continually try to 1v1 and die i regard this as feedind.

If they dont understand that it didnt work when they were equal gold and levels and still try to do it while 3 levels behind with a 1500g deficit they arent worth the energy even trying to help them.

Feeding, yes. Intentional feeding? Probably not. They're more likely tilted and switched off their brain, and they ARE ruining your game, but they are NOT doing it on purpose. So no, I wouldn't consider this reportable.

At most, if you tried (politely) to steer them in a better direction and they just don't listen, that's "Negative attitude: refusing to communicate/play in team". That's still not "Intentional Feeding/Grieving".

And you always lose a game "because of someone". Does that mean someone should be reported every single game by the losing team? Of course not. It's not because "everyone know we lose because of him" that it becomes a good reason to report him.

My favorite is the 0-5 top laner insisting on finishing triforce still when sitting on the components for about 22 minutes
