Dual Scaling

I understand why they removed Evelynn's AD scaling. It made perfect sense. I just don't understand why it's unhealthy for an assassin to have dual scaling, but perfectly fine when marksmen do.

I think it's more unhealthy for marksmen, because assassins at least fall off due to inability to efficiently group. You can't really build against a dual scaling marksmen, because they are made to scale and shred through your resistances anyway.
