Splitting them up into two queues will also end the conflict of people that do like all random URF.

Which is to say we won't EVER get urf back because "HURR DURR ITS UNFAIR" Yet these people that complain are the very same ones that will spam "SWAP CHAMPION" in lobby if you have what they want
