Why am I getting camped out of no where?

The last 3 games have just been afk camp the top laner while my team still somehow loses and I don't understand. Control wards are bought, yellow wards are kept on cd but it doesn't matter because they tower dive me. If only wards made towers deal any damage.

1st game hecarim tower dove me twice by 8m and tried other ganks 4 times before the second tower dive for a total of six ganks in 8m.

2nd game a rengar afked in the top bush (warded) from 2:49 to 4:13 and then tried to gank 2 more times between 4:54 and 6:17 before tower diving me ~7m so I couldn't farm from 2:49 to 7 basically and got tower dived at full hp. 2m later he comes back with a yasuo from mid lane..

This most recent ganme, skarner tower dove me at level 4 and at level 6 while trying to gank between 2:16 and 8:27 a total of 5 times and failing.

Not only am I getting camped, my entire team is losing lane HARD. How? Where is the matchmaking???
