Is good into LB. You can shield her damage and CC, and just throw binds at her when she wants to distort in. You can also just clear the waves over and over with W. If you ever hit her with a bind, she will just die to an ult.

Best counter to le bl is syndra and syndra is even OP atm. She outranges her can deny her w midair and overall her single targeted burst doesnt care
Best counters to katarina are blitzcrank (Not mid) fiddle stick (Not mid) etc. In midlane anything with cc Works really. But mostly you need patience and good aim against her

if you hit q reliably she is a good mid, her mid lane winrate on champion.gg is 1+% higher than her support winrate and is always above 50% unlike her support winrate which is sometimes sub 50)

(magic shield and the "you sit here for all eternity" snare)
(I never had a more tilting game as Kat than against a Fiddlesticks)

(Lulu in general is anti-assassin, thank god her solo lane isn't meta)

Both of them are easier to deal with using mobile champs.

Right now, Annie erases everyone as long as you aren't stupid. Vel'Koz and Ziggs are both ranged machines that can out-poke a Kat all day long. Zyra will pulverize anyone who rushes her, the squishier the better.

Le bl counters zyra. Zyra is really bad in midlane idk what else to say about this. You can beat her just by outfarming her she is really squishy also
Le bl counters velkoz. In general there is no reason to pick velkoz. I actually dont know why Riot released this champion at this state He is just outclassed by around 5 mages (Syndra, Viktor, Veigar etc)
Le bl is even with annie Maybe le lb has minor advantage like 52/48
Both Le bl and katarina got tricks upon their sleeve and eventhough annie has one of the most reliable engages it doesnt become so reliable against those 2
Katarina is great into ziggs and velkoz
But she is mediocore against annie and zyra in terms of 1vs1. Thing that kata can do is she can push a lane and go roam get kills come back before annie pushes wave in tower
So yeah I couldnt tell if this suggestions were non trolling
To counter le bl Syndra, Xerath, Anything with shield can be annoying because they are really hard to kill specially if they bring exhaust / barrier and on top of that most of this champs outscale le bl. Anivia is another example which counters le bl, Q works if she distorts forward, W can block her dash + there is always that egg
To counter katarina You just need to know how to handle her in teamfights. Best way to counter katarina is having good game knowledge. Her worst nightmares are lulu and blitzcrank and fiddle
Katarina is number 1 focus regardless of teamcomp. Bonus Points if you manage to engage on her

used to be the go-to pick against Katarina, due to her ability to shit all over Katarina if she decides to ult; you either toss your Ult combo on top of her for massive damage or simply ruin her spin with a regular stun.
Not sure how it works these days, with Aniva's Ult having been nerfed and Katarina getting a rework...

for example.

I play both Leblanc and Kat(I main kat) What you gotta do is, NOT FUCK WITH THEM and try to predict where they are gonna be using her blades against her.Just dont overextend Leblanc, Same rule but this time, dont try to fight back, play a ranged champion and rush magic resist and HP first(Maw of Malmortius, Rylais, abyssal, etc Same goes for Kat aswell, in terms of resistances.
Also try to get as much CS as you can WITHOUT GETTING HIT(dont give em an opportunity to molest you. The only way to not get molested by them is to predict what they are gonna do.
