Hecarim needs some buffs

I play him in a unique way. I play him with predator and youmuu's, and I go for the surgical strike, but I end up falling short damage wise now ever since you nerfed his E so hard. I understand people didn't like getting 1-shot, but that's not a symptom of hecarim, but of the meta. Now, Hecarim can no longer 1-shot, and yet plenty of the roster can 1-shot in his stead. Nerfing hecarim's 1-shot could have come through nerfing damage across the board, but instead, you used bias and nerfed some champions 1-shot ability while maintaining the 1-shot ability of other champs.

I wish you would buff Hecarim's E again, but then go do some real balancing and nerf damage across the board.
