Evelynn was fine. She wasn't too powerful if you didn't feed her and she fell off pretty hard late game, but she was in a decent spot.

Why did you nerf her? Again? I don't ever usually complain about Riot Balance changes but... I can't sit here while Evelynn dies again. Fix her. Pls.
