Okay, skarner nerfs.... WTF?
Seriously, we already miss his kind so why do we nerf league's favorite pokemon? -.-

Because Skarner is obviously overpowered and Riven/Zed need buffs so bad.
This is literally what Riot thinks. This is their balance team.

If they buff riven i'm suing.
They are. Her Health Regen.

Sadly, Skarner is actually pretty strong. Not really interesting to play for pretty much anyone, but still really strong.
The Skarner mains are used to this. We have grown to accept this. We now stride towards our goal of having the lowest pickrate champion, and we shall be fulfilled!
A minor nerf to correct a minor win rate imbalance is nothing to get up in arms about.
That said, I can think of a few champions in the past who haven't had this treatment while being in very high win rates for very long periods of time.

it's not a minor nerf, because skarner's Q is a spamable ability, nerfing lee sin Q by 0.04 AD is a minor nerf
nerfing hecarim's Q or skarner's Q by 0.04 AD isn't minor
and skarner has 53% win rate because he is easy to play, has a poor play rate, and riot said that the ideal win rate for those champions is 52%

Yes, it isn't a minor nerf, but experienced Skarner's have over 60% win rate with him. This is well above the average of ~55%.
lossing 10% damage on the abillity that provides ~40% of your overall damage isn't really minor.
I canunderstand that they nerf scarner, above 60% winrate for 125+ games is kinda concering, but i don't think the way they nerf him is right. Scarner is already the jungler with the least damage to champions in the game after nunu, so why hit the bit of remaining damage? That will push him even more into the kidnapping onetrick-pony, a moveing R-button with a objectivecontroll sidekick. i could understand some further nerfs to E, like reduceing the cd-reduce upon stuns to 0.75sec, or any nerf to his ult, especially damage nerfs to his ult, or nerfs to his new passive. There is a certainly is a reason for his low popularity, and big part of that is his onedimensional one-trick-pony playstyle, so why further push that way?
.33/.35/.37/.39/.41 from .33/.36/.39/.42/.45] this is what you receive next patch
This isn't going to affect crap. Skarner normally builds juggernaut anyway. This will take away maybe 5 damage from his q.
I'm guessing due to the AD buff to Warrior? Maybe. I don't think it's going to make a big difference to Skarner mains (I mean the good ones.) He's still going to be unstoppable in the right situations and get nuked in the wrong situations.
Because he's still too strong, you just don't know it because no one plays him since he's still as boring to play as ever.
Because didn't you guys complained tons of times about his Juggernaut OP-ness?
he had it coming for him. he has one of the highest winrates pretty much all the time and for me I found very little counter play to him.
