Petition for bard e to count for kills and assists

Bards can set up so many kills and not get an assist or kill, it should really count, I'm not an avid bard's rights activist but he deserves this.

Well, I don't see how he could get a kill from it, but I agree that an ally that goes through Bard's E should count as receiving a buff from Bard, so that if they get a kill in the next X seconds, Bard gets an assist. Does it really not work that way already?

Also, an enemy affected by Bard's ult should count as being debuffed by Bard, so if they die within the next X seconds, Bard gets an assist. An ally affected should count as being buffed by Bard, too; the fact that the same effect is both a buff and a debuff is actually completely accurate for Bard's ult and why it is so difficult to use (but can produce amazing results if you get it just right).

Like if bard baits someone into tower or whatever. And bard doesn't get an assist for his ult?
