For people who don't get this post : The amount of time wasted because somebody leaves the last moment could be spent waiting for desired role

I only get it once in a while, but I decline ques if someone dodges a lobby since I don't want my pick being banned, and repeated lobbies increase chance of autofill. But I'd rather play support once every 20 games than have longer que times on every game.
