As toxic as Soraka top is (Who would have though she would be? #Surprisedpikachuface) Vayne is infinitely worse.

This would kill her early levels as an ADC. Vayne top isn't strong early levels anyway, in fact those are the levels you want to punish her before she gets 3+ points in her W. she's at her 'strongest' in lane when she gets zerkers and is level 6. Before that she is easily punishable.

Good, that's like 1/3rd of her mana. I used to get annoyed going idk Darius or Trynd into vayne but then I went phase rush ignite with nimbus and I kill her level 2 like every time and she's useless all game after that.
