My first time Diana in a while, went 22/9/17. Lost. Second game, went 23/5/10. Won. Third game, 18/13/15. Won. Is Diana a low skill floor champion? Personally, I believe so. Just build her right and the only thing you have to worry about is landing your Q and when to ult or save ult.
Some don't have same opinion - Rito considers her medium skill - I think they're wrong.
