That Rylai's nerf is absolutly brutal to Taliyah's health.

That nerf hurts alot of mages i am sure. But Taliyah who is already in a bad spot is going to get hit the hardest. They removed 25% of the AP and knocked off some hp and the slow... ugh.

anyway i thought they said they wete going to compinsate Taliyah and a few others but i dont see those compinsations anywhere in the notes.

And Taliyah is far from the hardest hit mage by these changes.
