How do you itemize in lane against a Conqueror Akali as a tank?
Bramble Vest?? Executioner??
Ps: This is an actual question, not bashing Akali. Though I do find her obnoxious.

this is akali who isnt an auto attacker so why would you ever consider bramble vest ?
here of late as a maokai OTP top laner, my 1st item is typically 
to have non stop regen and hp in lane. and vs an akali who is going to do magic damage it gives mr
She has to auto for her passive, and its unlikely she can kill a tank with just spells.
I think bramble will do. But that should be after you get MR first because that passive is magic damage too.
If its not gonna be a side lane heavy game, executioner would be better if you just want to ruin Akali’s sustain, since bramble won’t apply if she never attacks you.

? What tanks are you playing? Since by the time she is healing from conqueror you should be leaving. But also probably just don't build anti heal since it's shit vs ap champions as a tank and probably better just to wait out laning.
I mean do you need to build anti healing vs her? She can never really kill you. Just build your normal wave pushing items and go roam with your jungler or wait for a gank.
