Cassiopeia Ryze proccing conqueror extremely fast due to spammable spells and those spells granting 2 stacks regardless of range and having it last for 8 seconds where you're not allowed to walk up to minions at all because they will refresh conq duration (even with just an auto) is not okay.

Reduce the ranged duration to 4 seconds. Reduce spell stacks on ranged champs from 2 -> 1.

Edit: Actually, Conqueror lasts way too long for everyone, ranged or melee. Just cut that shit down to 5s.

Or, hear me out, put a range penalty on it. Make it give less adaptive to ranged, and make it heal less for ranged. This was to be a keystone for melee users who were left without a keystone. Why should ADCs and Mages get gifted another keystone?
