Yeah hes getting a nerf to kick, probably needed. This is the part that intrigues me.....

Does this mean that Lee will finally stop being able to negate stealth with his E?

Yes, and because lee sin is the most played jungler in the game, you have a good chance to get one on ur team and be super "useful" now. looool
