Looking for some tips or tricks.

Here recently I have been on a losing streak of a length i would really like to not admit. I was once in my promos to get into Plat II and now I am down in Plat IV. It is beginning to tick me off because I had been doing pretty well for myself this season and all of the sudden I have hit this wall I can't get around. I have played my main, I've changed over to some old favorites, and have switched roles I have played and still can't seem to grab that win. I feel I do my best to where the reason we lose isnt my fault or I try to contribute the least to the loss. Although I know there are games where I for sure dropped the ball. So I was wondering if there are any tips you guys could give to a struggling brother. Or even some tips about trying to change this. Thank you in advance.
