the proper start as Top Lane Sion

Starting as sion, I recommend flash instead of smite. I don't feel comfortable having no flash, and teleport is mandatory. However, cinderhulk is probably stronger on sion than any other character, so your call.

Here is how you start:

1. Deep-ward enemy gromp. Your goal is to find the enemy jungler
2. Run back into your jungle, then sneak to a bush near either chickens or wolves, whichever camp is on the opposite side of the jungle from the opposing jungler start
3. Start Q first
4. When jungle camps spawn, kill the big wolf/chicken and then all but one of its minions. Leave that there so the camp will not respawn
5. Run to the blue/red buff on your chosen side of the enemy's jungle
6. Focus on killing a small minion ASAP so you get a point in W when you level up
7. Die, take the rest of the camp, buy a bunch of stuff, and teleport to your lane

You will be almost level 3, the enemy jungler will be completely hosed, and you will have an item advantage over your lane opponent.
