Gives shyvana teamwide buffs instead. Do you guys remember that past "all teammates" passive effects never really went over well?

I'd also like to argue this is a bit of a problem for Shyvana in the larger context of her kit. Sure she can sneak the first dragon really early, but after that she kind of needs her teammates to help as she's not the best team fighter.

Also, the ocean drake buff is kind of bad because it's so easy for most champions to get 40% these days. If anything, just give all her teammates 5/10/15 armor and mr.

It's only a personal buff. She's the only one that benefits from it

It's for Shyvana only, but the Ocean buff for her really is bad. Most builds that use CDR will already plan to hit 40 naturally.

Like the others have said, her passive only applies to herself.
