Seriously though, how isn't this a problem? He can literally do EVERYTHING with no weaknesses. Rito can you explain why this is allowed.

Nekusen1 voteshe needs the base damage of his abilities lowered and AP scaling increased a bit, that way, you will have to build fizz with AP in order to do what he is supposed to. if you want to build him tanky you can, but he shouldn't do that much damage while being almost unkillable.
