so a lot of people complained about steraks and titanic nerfs

ok so the nerfs to these items is to make sure squishies. don't abuse them. however. you nerfed these items for the champions that normally use. both steraks and titanic are now really inefficient. ok don't bring in the passives. most items in this game are completely stat efficient. more. or less. but not by almost 30%. that goes for steraks and titanic. steraks is actually only 53% efficient without passive at level 1. here is the great suggestion I've heard for both of these items.

Why not make the passive on hit scale with bonus hp. and same thing for the shield from steraks. and increase the ratio? I mean. isn't that logical. you'd make it pointless to buy on squishies and just as normal to buy on tanks/juggernauts. literally nobody plays juggernauts in pro play because of how bad the items are. and you do care about balancing the game towards pro play.
