Ingame interaction like kha'zix and rengar for lucian and thresh

Can we have an in-game interaction for lucian and thresh? For example, once everyone is level 16 and alive on both teams the interaction starts If thresh gets a take-down on lucian or vica versa then the killer gets a cosmetic buff. The buff could be something like every time thresh throws out a lanturn you can hear and see a ghostly woman near it, lucians wife, If lucian wins his 2nd shot (from the passive) has a shadow of his wife next to him, like sated devourer.

What do you guys think? I always loved "the hunt is on" quest and i would love to see some more like them :p
