typically ER is used on utility AD carries but xayah out does her self with her utility and damage in the early game. feathers shouldn't have a crit multiplier

Um, no, not really. ER is built on ADCs who deal damage with their abilities mostly, or use them in tandem with their autos. Sivir and crit Quinn fit into that category. Yes, utility ADCs do build it, but they aren't the only core demo for it. In this case, Xayah fits into the same category as Sivir

xayah does not behave like sivir though. ADCs like sivir and ashe make use of ER because of their utilities. your argument that caster adcs use ER is really bad since Lucian, the ideal caster adc, doesn't even use ER. MF may use ER but she prefers to cheese with lethality items

Sivir uses ER because she has high mana costs and needs to use her abilities to increase her effective range in fights, not so she can use her ult more

I'm pretty sure the only reason why Pro play picks sivir is because of her ult lmao....same with ashe

Well first, Lucian isn't being picked for ADC in pro play, and Sivir hardly at all.

But in general, it's her ability to be a hypercarry with amazing waveclear and built in safety.

Nowhere did you ask that question...

I'm just explaining how Xayah's damage isn't out of line based on her build, as other champions build the same item for the purpose of the CDR for damage abilities, not just utility
