With all these shields stacking and buffs can we get a item to counter it ?

Would be a nice thing to have in the game. We see a mund/vlad on the team it's time for griveous wound. We see champs with high HP like volibear it's time for items like BoTRk Champ with high armor like Rammus it's time for armor pen We see champs with shield stacking like ivern/naut/karma/janna/lux/oriana and.... what do we have? shields and heals have recieved a huge buff thanks to the new item so.. with that it's about time we see a counter measure.

I don't wanna see it get nerf and gutted because it's some different type of gameplay brought into the game but there should be a way to counter it. Having to bring down the ADC's hp twice because of shield stacking is exceptionally hard especially when the enemy team has the early game lead they can just snowball the rest of the game, what's left for the mid to late game champs ?

Shields are capable of being baited and waited out unlike heals and Armor. Not properly comparable.

Also, ArmorPen doesn't do Jack to Rammus. Armor reduction maybe, but even then he kinda laughs at the stuff.

I wouldn't mind seeing a champ with the ability to block shields in an area similar to Grounded in the future tho.

shields come up voluntarily as in when needed. When a fight is happening you can easily shield up while is happening. It's not like someone is gonna shield but before fighting, or heal while full hp. And not having any armor pen is far worse than having some it does help quite a bit. I've played rammus there's a huge noticeable difference between a person that just builds dmg vs one that has dmg and armor pen.

Yes and that is the trade off versus heals, where one is temporary HP versus the ability to remove Damage.

And not having any armor pen is far worse than having some it does help quite a bit. I've played rammus there's a huge noticeable difference between a person that just builds dmg vs one that has dmg and armor pen.

You mean armor reduction, because armor pen by itself is a joke in the face of rammus.

you definetly don't know what you're talking about and when you say in the face of rammus i'm assuming you're holding some sort of grudge? yea rammus scales great with tons of armor however a full blown fight with a zed using rammus leaves me at about 30% or less i win but leaves me badly hurt this is just 1 champ. Yasuo will defiantly more than likely kill me depending on his build. I can kill a kha but vayne will rekt me, and so would an adc with enough lifesteal and armor pen. ofcourse I can easely tank a lee sin and a renekton if that's what you're thinking of? which btw use armor reduction. but in the hands of a capable Auto attacker it comes down to a great deal of damage, doesn't mean he's useless and can't tank, ofcourse not if they focus me i've done my job but armor pen is the way to go vs rammus. and looking at your match history you have a very small champion pool you use you don't even know or realize the struggle a lot of the other champs face vs others. Shields have an advantage atm, I suggested something to fight vs shields/heals but keep dreaming but don't be surprised when the nerf hammer lands on those items that buff them.
