ARAM: Really sick of Veigar & Lux

There's a few others that are really overpowered too, but they are pale in comparison.

Veigar and Lux excell to a ridiculous degree in ARAM. It's so bad that your chances drop at least 50% if one is on the enemy team and the person playing them doesn't happen to be mentally incapable.

Last time I checked ARAM is the only shining example of a game mode that Riot has produced and beloved by many. Is it really too much to ask to nerf Veigar's Event Horizon and Lux' Light Binding just a little as these two champions dominate this map almost every time they appear?
