Can someone list what champs Team A/B have reworked?

Mostly interested in finding out which one re-did Poppy so I can become their fan-boy

I think it's awesome that Riot has this partisan system (intended or not) so that one can be compared and held to the standards of the other, like politics often do. As players we should definitely give as much feedback as possible of what we like and don't like from each one's productions so as to yield (optimally) better rework results.
