Very Slow Load Upon Launching Program...

(Intended to be post in Help forums, but above it doesn't give me the option.)

When I start up the game it takes forever loading up until the champion select screen. From then on the game behaves normally, until I log out and launch again. It is so bad that I often can't accept games because it loads the Accept/ Decline screen late. When I can manage to hit that accept the program is normal then out.

This is a really frustrating problem to endure for someone who has pissed away as much cash as I have, that I can't always play it. Any help is appreciated.
