buff garen's R please.

Wrong champion comparison to make. You should say, "make it like Darius's ult," since his is actually similar.

But Garen's doesn't have a cost, so maybe let him cast it again only if he kills the Villain with it.

This is the problem:

1. A host of people will explain "Garen is for beginners, not for serious play." Which he's alone in that whole idea, so that's rather stupid.

2. This argument has been made since Darius came out. I've seen all of them. All they did was give him a failed villain concept.

3. If you give Garen ANY more damage, at all, he will become broken IMMEDIATELY. He is a razor-walking champion. He can be tipped into OP very quickly, and has been a few times.

He needs a rework, as badly as they manage all their reworks (except a couple), he still needs one. He is in the boat Morde is in. He needs to change, but you have to keep his fundamentals or people will lose their minds... so, how do you do it?
