Does a different meta exist for low elo and high elo?

Since low elo players play much differently than even just high elo solo queue players, does a different meta exist? Can higher elo players play better with a split pusher while lower elos fail miserably when presented with one? There isn't much input on this because it's such an open ended question and I'm not great with metatheory so you guys will have to put some input in on this.

I'll take a guess and say Amumu is stronger the lower you go.

And another guess that LeeSin is stronger the higher you go.

Amumu averages a 52.55% win-rate even in Plat+ surprisingly. Got that from champion.gg

On lolking, Skarner has the highest win rate in Bronze and Nunu has the highest win rate in Master+.

Interestingly, Nunu has the lowest win rate in Bronze.

That's only today's stats.

This week, Amumu has the highest win rate in Bronze with 54.9%. In Master+ Yorick is the highest and in Bronze Yorick is among the lowest.

I've never used Looking for champion statistics due to how champion.gg does averages overall for each champion. Though it does only check plat+ games, still hasn't been updated for the most recent patch though, should take 3 days for it to update from what the site says.

Yes. Anyone who says deaths matter in low elo doesn't understand that low elo is the bludgeoning mace to the high elo sword. Its throwing bodies at objectives and praying that the team isn't retarded enough to not end the game when you can. Low elo climbing is basically a fight against people who genuinely hate winning in their actions that will refuse to help play behind a player that's carrying on their team.

my theory is that it depends on the experience of the players in those areas. the lower tiers are filled with players who have less than perfect connections, tunnel vision, are easily distracted from the game, do not care about winning, and have yet to purchase a full set of tier 3 runes and 2 additional rune pages for a complete set of 4 builds - 2 champs per role. in other words not only will their actions be limited but so will their ability to coerce teamwork. so in short - yes. higher level players can imitate AS WELL AS create their own strategies prior to AS WELL AS during a game. lower level players are just not capable of this feat and must stick to personal victory and strategy during the match on the fly.

does that help? i can go into more detail on my theory if you'd like.

Yes.

Personally, I found the meta in Silver to be almost identical to ARAM after about 10 minutes into the game since both teams will just constantly group around random objectives (primarily mid-lane and Dragon).
