because they bring a ton of utility/shielding and they have really low (solo) kill preasure so you rarely see them play selfishly (chasing kills instead of helping the team) or in a solo lane like

Least: 
because what little cc they have is always saved for either getting kills or peeling for themselves. they are champions that were desinged to win duels and a lot of their players have the "I wanna make the 1v5 highlight reel" mentality. Even if the player is trying to help the team, these champions dont offer anything that could help the team other than "I can kill them"

Should also be put in team oriented. If in support. Taric and Leona have AOE stuns/slows as well as Alistar being a hard to kill tank that's basically making him throw himself at the enemy team and somehow walk out of it.

The best he can do is try not to die and hug turret after the plethora of nerfs he has received. He cant hold his own for shit, the turret can hold his own for him and that's about it.
