a good example of this is akali "blink" or graves E that provide them a form of defense. as well as riven dash in which she is provided with a shield. lucians passive wouldn't apply from his E but would provide some other sort of defense. same with Ezreal E (which i still dont get why he gets a free auto target spell)
Lyndris1 votesI disagree, they are defensive enough already, I'd rather not have someone escape 10 hp cause they got some form of shield/resistance off of a dash.

Where as Riven infuriates people by dashing out, getting tagged by a skill shot that gets blocked by a shield. Not that i particularly mind it on her, as it is very short lived for a shield.
