Throwback to a old hybrid penetration concept

Why am I riposting this old concept? Because with rageblade actually being good hybrid builds have come back in style. And I want them to stick around for a while as well. I did however update it a bit in reasonable ways

Long Sword (350)+ pickaxe (875)+ blasting Wand (850) + 725 =Anuket's Halberd (2800) this is a place holder name 40 AD 45 AP Passive unique: provides 10% armor pen + 1% for every 15 AP (caps at 30%) 300 AP needed for it to max Passive unique: provides 10% magic pen + 1% for every 12 AD (caps at 30%) 240 AD needed to cap (could make it every 7 bonus AD gives 1% or 140 bonus AD yes you could get it with rageblade gunblade and this.)

And if you are wondering yes it does stack with LW items and void staff but it overall sucks with them since you have to be building a lot of AP to get the armor pen and building a lot of AD to be getting the magic pen. Overall it should prevent people from getting really good results consistently whe stacking them together.
