No change for Twisted treelin? Problems will come again from duo jg(Especially for Twisted Treeline)

I have already discussed(in "Ranked on Twisted Treeline Part B") about problems of gold cauzed by a duo jungler-support.

In this case, the jungler gets too much gold and can "overcarry" due to the high amount of gold by farming in the jungle and in a lane. Because they deleted the passive "Monster hunter" that was punishing junglers who farm lane and jungle, the comp of jungler-support will rise again especially in Twisted Treeline, maybe also in Summoner Rift.

Also, i wanted to notice that Patch 8.23 brings no change on Twisted Treeline, i find it sad, because how do you want to make something fun if you do nothing to bring it alive? Would be fun to have some new things in Twisted treeline. Maybe could Riot focus just a little bit on Twisted Treeline before focusing on Nexus Blitz instead?
