Aatrox gonna get nerf in 8.16

Why nerf Aatrox? He is actually less than 50 % of win rate, he is the 36th on 49 for Top lane, according to champion.gg from Plat+. See the link https://champion.gg/champion/Aatrox/Top

Also, Aatrox is less than 50 %, around 48,6 % or less since his rework. So, Aatrox does not need nerfs HE NEEDS BUFFS. When i say buffs, i mean little buffs, some fixes or adjust values of his abilities and passives. Examples, increase the duration of his ult to 15 seconds(or increase duration with level), but an ad ratio on his E healing(greater than 25 % on champions for late game), make his blood well reach 50 % of his max. health sooner( like around 8 seconds in combat). Also, a brief slow on his Q for units untouched by the edge of his sword, it would actually be appreciated against auto-attack champions(ex. : Xin Zhao, Tryn...) to escape them or to make contesting strategies.

To end, a health ratio on one of his abilites would be nice when Aatrox has to get tankier, maybe his W... because anyway it does no damage, probably less than 10 % of damage dealt in one game(if not 2 games or more). But, a better idea would be to put a health ratio to his bonus AD when he used his E to "dash"(if it can be called a dash... actually seem more as Aatrox is trying to get back pain).
