Can't enter in my league of legend

When i try to enter league of legends, it wrote : "We have restored this installation to an older league of legends. Now we'll try to patch it up to the latest version". Then, i press "OK". However, it wrote immediately : "There was a problem patching league of legends. We'll restore a backup version and try updating again after you restart the patcher." Then, the samething appear as start in loop.

Additionnaly, same when i am offline, it is the same situation. This problem showed when i restarted my pc, there was an update of Window but not sure if a relation with it.

A ping has appear written about problem issue on log in.
