Urgot and Frozen Mallet

I just red that Frozen mallet maybe changed for ranged, slow would be 15 % instead of 30 %. Actually, Urgot lost the benefits of sterak gage and now he could loose the benefits of Frozen mallet. I mean, it could be cool if Urgot could keep some items in his build...
