For instance, one change was reverted last patch. Out of god knows how many. And that's after the AP Xin nerf became the blunt of about 20 rage threads and numerous jokes. In addition, I find that usually only small changes get axed, where big ones (no matter how horrible, like the original set of Veigar changes) pretty much always go through.

DrCyanide2 votesRiot has already confirmed that the Frostfang/Frost Queen's Claim change is a bug on either their part or Surrender@20's part, and isn't suppose to happen.
There's also a statement about the Azir changes that make it sound like they're just throwing random stuff around for him on the PBE now. I'd expect things to change for Azir 2-3 more times this PBE patch, then have all of them (or most of them) reverted last second.

As for azir changes, "trying a few things out right now, and am starting with some of the extremes. should be a few different iterations over the next few days."]. Meaning this isnt the only thing they will be trying out nor is it permanent. AKA stop whining about non issues.
