Deep Terror Nami1 votesIf you lost your series by dodging one of your last series matches, you don't get the Promo Helper win. Could that be it?
Elohaven1 votesI never dodge. This is my first series.
Darius Strada1 votesthat's only after you first fail the series. when you get into promos again, you willget your free win
Elohaven1 votesOh, I see. Thanks!
