They've frequently messed up their game's balance since the inception of League and has always taken forever to fix their mistakes.

You would think as the years have gone on they'd get better at it, not worse.

They would be dumb if they think they learned anything, cause Riot balance team very aware of the problem they making by putting such change but they don't tend to make any change cause simple fact people keep accept their agent in changes by watching worlds, lcs, etc and paying money for skins.

If you want make difference, stop paying money for skins and stop watching worlds, lcs, etc cause all of that make them doing the change in favor of skin release and pro play,

God when people will understand they doing that cause people pay money according to that not balance anymore

Not gonna lie, I'm one that usually defends Riot balance moves but after seeing the start of LEC and LCK (I dont watch LPL) I'll say that they did made the game even more snowballing that on Worlds meta that was already snowballing and I really hate the direction this game is going.

they surprised its not happening to tanks. adcs need that crit nerf Just wont do anything because the nerf wasnt severe enough and the never nerfed on hit items they just buffed crit items over on hit items.

I dunno, next patch looks pretty good to me. Riot dealing with a lot of champions people are complaining about but not being too harsh because they know some of them are just low elo issues like Brand....Voli is finally about to get the love he deserves....etc.
