@Riot Warrior Enchant

Hello, I would like to ask why was Warrior change pulled, and can we see it in 5.18? I love playing Wukong, Pantheon, Vi, but Warrior falls off so hard, it's not even funny. And it's not really good early now, because with the Lee Sin buff I see Lee in most of the games, and no one can really stand up to Lee early.. I build Tiamat instead of Warrior now when I can, but it's really gold inefficient, because jungle gold is lower than lane. Why is that?
