Targeted CC needs to be removed from this game and replaced with mechanical skill

Champions like Pantheon need to be addressed for their crappy gameplay styles. His locked on crowd control is cancerous and should not exist in a game like this. Skill Shots and mechanical play should matter and not how close you get to an enemy. I get its to counter mobile champions, but realistically it is super effective against more none mobile champions. Stunned forever and insta killed by lethality is really not cool. With the lack of useful anti cc outside of scimitar, an ad item, it's not really cool for none skilled players to topple better players with stupid kits. If I get outplayed, cool. If I get stunned for a cheap death I become salty.
