I really don't get it. The changes are nerfing torch (most AP use) While buffing ad. They are even buffing arm penn mastery but not AP Penn.
I truly think riot wants "AP Carries" to die off.

Vesarixx1 votesNerfing deathfire? It wasn't that good to begin with aside from a few edge cases, just go with thunderlords or stormriders on mages and the flat penetration, it's a lot better.

Also, Ziggs got a massive buff on the PBE.
Vesarixx1 votesI didn't actually see what the changes were, just currently found it a bit lacking, the base damage doesn't scale and it's DoT nature limited the effectiveness it had in trades, what are these ziggs buffs as well?
