Zoe's E Drowsy Change

Does the drowsy duration being increased to 2.2 seconds from 2 seconds mean that it'll take 2.2 seconds for the enemy to fall asleep or does it mean that they'll stay asleep for 2.2 seconds..?

Take 2.2s to fall asleep (more time to get to safety or kill Zoe).

It's a step in the right direction.

Context on the fate of cc cleansing items/Morgana's E interaction with Zoe E would be awesome too.

Cleanse and GP dont remove debuff that why if you use it before falling asleep you are still CC. As for morg I learn to predict when she gonnat cast E on you and bubble.

Meddler while you're here, what's up with the Zoe's E + GP's Orange interaction?

Context: When Gangplank uses Remove Scurvy while drowsy, he removes the slow, but still falls asleep 2 seconds later. Which would indicate that Zoe's E is 2 individual instances of CC. All that is fine until you realize that Morgana's Shield doesn't stop sleep either, if it was cast AFTER drowsy. Which indicates the opposite of the above, that it is in fact, 1 instance of CC.

Unless you're a champion with a mobility spell that has good range the change doesn't affect much. Champions that are immobile or have short mobility spells are crushed by the movementspeed debuff as it is, the sleep is just icing on the cake.
